How to Calculate the Net Total
To begin, turn on your Entris 2 lab balance. Then click on the three bars or the menu button on the top left and select “net total.” You can then click on the arrow to go down to net total, tare then application. From here, place your beaker on the weighing pan of the scale. The measurement will then be calculated, and you can take the balance and put the first sample into the beaker. From here, you can confirm the first sample, and then add and confirm the second sample. Lastly, you add the third sample and prove it. Toggle between the total weight and the amount of samples. Then, exit the application and receive your printout of data.
