Our Pipette Service
If you’re reading this, then you’re wondering what is included with every mail-in pipette service. In each service, you will get complete exterior and interior preventive maintenance cleaning, changing the piston’s seal or lubrication, calibration of the pipette to customer-desired specifications, standards traceable to NIST, and laminated pipette label with calibration service data.
If you need any boxes for packaging your pipettes for shipment, we also provide those as well.
Pipette Services Available
We have three different levels to meet your lab’s overall regulatory requirements with our pipette calibration services. These are non-ISO calibration: which has our test plan (as “left” measurements with three volumes x 3 samples). Then ISO calibration, with a test plan “as left” 3 volumes x 3 samples and “as found” measurements, which is three volumes x 5 samples. Advanced ISO calibration(ISO 8655), includes traceability information, monitoring and recording of environmental conditions, and extra “as left” samples. The test plan is “as left” with three volumes x 3 samples and “as found” measurements, which is three volumes x 10 samples.

On the form, please include your company information, payment method, and method of sterilization for your pipettes. This includes ETO, biocides, irradiation, autoclave, manual disassembly cleaning, or other methods that you can write down.
